I’ve been taking Green City Transit for my daily commute to downtown since January, and overall the experience has been solid. The driver was punctual, courteous, and knew the best shortcuts, which saved me minutes each day. However, on a recent weekday I found the bus was a bit slow during peak traffic and a couple of seats were unexpectedly occupied. The company’s app kept me informed, and I appreciated the quick response when I reported the issue. All in all, dependable service with room for a few improvements.
