I booked a ride through TransitPlus last month for a crucial conference in downtown. The driver arrived a minute early and the car was spotless, which I appreciated. However, the app crashed twice, and the driver seemed distracted, asking me to double‑check the route. When the traffic jam hit, he was hesitant to take an alternate path, causing a 15‑minute delay. Overall, the service was reliable but the lack of proactive communication left me frustrated.
