Review of BRIGHTWAY LOGISTICS LLC
Booked my ride with City Express for a business meeting downtown. The driver arrived promptly and the car was spotless, which made the initial impression great. On the way, heavy traffic caused a 15‑minute delay, and the driver tried to explain it but the final arrival was late for my meeting. At the drop‑off, the driver was courteous and helped with the luggage. Overall, the service is reliable most of the time, but punctuality could use a tweak.
