Convenient Ride, But Laggy App

I booked a 5-day business trip with CityLink Transport for a client conference. The driver was on time and the car was clean, but the app’s real‑time tracker lagged, so I had to call customer service twice to confirm the pickup time. The fare was higher than I expected, yet the seat was comfortable and the Wi‑Fi worked. Overall, the trip was smooth, but the lack of timely updates and the price bump made me only 3 out of 5 stars.
