TransitGo Express promised a swift city commute, but the experience was hit‑and‑miss. My driver arrived five minutes early, which was nice, but the route was unnecessarily circuitous, adding fifteen minutes to the trip. The car was spotless and the fare was reasonable, yet the GPS kept glitching, forcing us to manually navigate. Overall, the service is reliable on most days, but today it fell short of the smooth ride I expected.
