I booked a same‑day package pickup with BlueWave Taxi for a conference presentation. The driver arrived within the 15‑minute window and handled the fragile electronics with care. The route was efficient, and the app tracking was accurate. However, a brief detour for traffic congestion pushed the delivery 20 minutes later than promised, which caused me to wait in a cramped hotel lobby. Overall, the professionalism and reliability were strong, but the slight timing slip leaves room for improvement.
