I booked a city-to-city trip with BluePeak Transport last month. The driver arrived on time and the van was spotless. The ride was comfortable, and the driver kept me updated on traffic. However, the original schedule had a 20‑minute delay due to a road closure that wasn't communicated until we were halfway through. The driver was apologetic and offered a small refund, which I appreciated. Overall, reliable service but better communication needed.
