Booking with PeakTransport was easy, but the pickup arrived 30 minutes late, which threw off my meeting schedule. The driver was courteous and the truck was clean, and the delivery arrived on time. However, the tracking app lagged for a while, so I had to call their support to confirm. Overall, it’s reliable enough for my needs, but the slight delay and app glitch make me hesitate to use them for urgent shipments.
